Sometimes the hot side button will go down when you press the cold side. When the cold side returns back to the off position, the hot side will stay on and trickle.

Having now 4 of these at my restaurant I love them they are easy to install and work great.

I did not receive all 8 faucets I ordered, only 2. This was a lot of money. I need the other 6 faucets I ordered. This is for a business. These are commercial faucets. I paid for 8 total at $231 each.
