Your Delta plumbing experts do not know what they are doing. They said I needed this piece but I actually needed this piece plus the piece it connects to which is shown in the instructions to this piece. I've had a very disappointing experience in purchasing shower jets from Wayfair. This is the second time my plumber came out to install my shower jets where he couldn't due to missing pieces. I'm returning all of the parts the Delta person told your Wayfair employee that needed to be ordered because I can't keep paying trip charges for plumbers to arrive to missing pieces.
