The packaging was terrible! No protection on the threads. No packing material. Parts were just thrown in a box to bang around during shipping. Would not purchase from shipper/seller.

Product is as pictured - exactly - no other packaging, instructions or parts included - which I find unusual for a Delta product. Surprised it wasn't damaged as it shipped without padding or manufacturer packaging, it was tossed in a large box 4-6X it's size, and therefore slammed against everything during transit. Consider this device handles water - the lack of protective packaging is a cause for concern as nicks or other damage could lead to failure and catastrophic water damage. The lack of manufacturer packaging, instructions etc. makes me think there may be missing parts and this was potentially returned previously. Doesn't install confidence, and therefore I'm unlikely to buy again.

Warranty is the best in the business.
