The parts are plastic and broke while be hand tightened on the pipe. Awful quality. Very disappointed as Delta products used to be great quality

The hose is stiff and over 3 months has not loosened. Makes it difficult to place the shower head in an aesthetic position because the hose is still kinked from how it came in the box. Running hot water through it did not help.

Works great. I bought a connection so the shower head tilts slightly down, but that is just for preference. The shower head works great.
