Exactly what we needed. Hard to find part! Glad you had it!

I purchased and installed this item, but I need to be able to select the six functions. I am only getting water out of the shower head and the jets, but I cannot select any of the six functions. The handle turns completely around. What could be wrong with the shower not letting me make or change the selections? Thank you
