Leaked all over brand new floor. The ball valve will not fully close when the handle is turned off. Same problem with 2 of them.

Love the look. The finish is perfect (black stainless) and matches the gunmetal Brizo finishes I purchased. So much better than that ugly chrome one tgats usually used!!!
