This was a great experience. I called Delta regarding an issue with my shower . They immediately determined the problem and sent the replacement part via express mail. I installed the part and the shower works perfectly.

When I built our new home 16 years ago we upgraded by putting in the Victorian TempAssure 17T Series Tub & Shower Trim in both bathrooms. What can I say its the best. We love how we can set water temp than just turn the handle to perfect water temp every time. We're even on a well and have had no problems as of yet. This product was well engineered. Thanks, Delta!
