First off, I love this product. The brushed nickle finish, single lever and sprayer- exactly what I was looking for. Mechanics in it have worked well, even though our city water isn't kind to it. I bought 26 of them for my apartment complex. Last month I had my first issue with the finish. It appears the tenant used a cleaner that pitted the surface. I have no clue what it was. It looks leporous, and I chose to install my spare for the next tenant. I like pretty. I was going to toss the ruined faucet when I noticed the box said : the faucet will work. The finish will last. We guarantee it" I called the company. They do not guarantee the finish, just the mechanics. No worries. Just remove the finish guarantee. Only print what you will honor.

It works great and I like the color but the price could have been cheaper. Only thing I don't like is that it's LOW. Wish the faucet part was higher!
