Perfect fit to replace an old faucet with the exact same base size on my slightly older sink. Handle moves so easily that now i realize my old faucet had grown weary. Pros: No added water flow when you shut off the water. When it's off, it's off!

Not sure how old mine is ,I put it in 30 or 40 years ago... it's basic. It's been used everyday most likely more then in any home. My mom had a side business requiring her to use the sink 24/7 so used is a understatement. Minor issue now starting is running pipping hot water it gets hard to swivel but one second on cold and swivels fine.. it has never drip or leak.. my plumber friend said easy to rebuild but I'm here looking and I know this one I can trust so I've decided to buy a bran new one . I bet I can get 50 years out of it seeing where all my family is now gone .I'm over 50 and hope to see 100 years of age so I have a 50/50 shot at out living another one of these.let u know if the quality is still there on This next one.
