This faucet is a lovehate kind of deal. Most of the time I love it. Sometimes it decides it just won’t respond to touch, or it gets too wet and it doesn’t respond. Had this for about 4 years, with age the pullout nozzle has gotten a little loose and doesn’t sit properly.

Would give it a 5 however the pop up drain flange that is visible in the sink is black plastic and kind of looks cheap and I could not get the drain to push all the way where it would seal. Solution I picked up an all chrome pop up drain locally and installed it instead. Matches my other sink and looks great. The faucet itself is very nice. Love the pull out feature.

Used these in our laundry room and bath. Our plumber had never seen them before. They work so great! Especially love for cleaning the sink after my husband shaves and for general ease of cleaning.
