RP3614 Faucet Repair Kit RP3614

Bought 2 of the RP3614 repair kits for our bathroom faucets. Worked perfectly.

I'll use your example and state that "I ordered this kit and the spherical actuator a month ago and was hoping that I would be so happy I did....but it has not yet been delivered". The money is gone that paid for it with no product delivery.

Bought my faucet in 1993. At that time warranty was for only 2 years. Delta sending me a repair kit free as a courtesy

I have a kitchen faucet (Delta 470SS) installed back in 2006. Developed a slight leak over a year ago -- handle/lever had to be in a particular/off-center position to prevent drips. A few weeks ago, nothing would stop the dripping. Called Delta, they were kind enough to send this repair kit as well as a new ball assy - no charge! Although intimidating at first glance, very easy to install and now faucet works/feels like new. Delta fully supported my 14 year old faucet - how is that for customer service?! I am a huge Delta advocate. I actually bought a fancy new Kohler touchless faucet to replace the Delta, but I will now return it.
