I almost never write reviews, but I would like to express what I consider to be an obvious miss by the engineers on this design. You got perhaps 40 right - the night light is a solid add, and this does the job. It is annoying that the sensor to turning off the water is not by seat pressure, so the water keeps running until you indicate on the remote to stop, which causes obvious issues. Ill have to adjust to that, having used better bidets - Im assuming this was a cost saving measure on the engineering part. However, the obvious miss was to not make the remote backlit, or in some way readable at night. You thought of the nightlight, kudos - but missed the other hhalf of that, which is that the device is unusable at night if you cant see what is happening or to tell it what to do. The cost of backlighting a remote must be under 200k. Therefore, the cost to distribute this would be likely under 2bidet. Please send me one when you have this fixed.
