I have one that has been in service 17 years and is still working like the day we installed it. I have been looking for another to install in a friends of mine shower. I would recommend this with the highest confidence, in this product.

No instructions with the unit other than "easy installation". Problem is the washer for sealing the U4301 to the shower arm is too small and soft, deforms easily and will not support any twist or off axis torque applied to the swivel. Need a harder and larger OD washer.

On my third replacement. All seem to have the same problem. Water sprays out of the swivel joint of the connector. Doesn't matter if I use teflon tape or how light or hard I tighten the connector, they all spray/leak. Delta has been great about sending out replacements, but I've about reached my limit with having to reinstall these only to have them leak right after the water is turned on. Same issue with its partner -- U5002-PK, the Swivel connector. Leaks, sprays water everywhere.
