Great invention! For some reason our handheld shower head was mounted way high. This is exactly what we needed to lower it. Used silicon chalking to “glue” in place, holds well and no screw holes needed.

Not at all what I thought! The description says universal diverter trim, this is just a dinky little lever to place a detachable shower head to! That's not even close that what the description said. So disappointed! I would have returned this item but it stated that it didn't fall under the free return items which was not made clear to me! I've order a lot from wayfair and this is the only product I've had issues with. I'm just keeping it and I guess it will become our towel hook as that's all it's good for

This item is smaller than I expected. It is nice, sleek looking and will be very pretty. I just thought it would be bigger.

Very clean hardware. This thing is small - like tiny! I laughed when I pulled it out of the box.
