The paper instructions and the video do not match. The video is correct. To attach the backrest brackets, the e4nds that do not go up to the backrest have to be in the front, where the A and B stickers are, so the backrest part is in the back. Photo 2 on the paper is wrong. I have no idea how this thing will function, but it was baffling trying to get it together looking at the paper instructions. Update: One I got it assembled, I sat on it, WAY uncomfortable! The seat poked me in the tushy! My husband tried it, and it poked him on the backs of his thighs. Lowering the seat did not help. Adding a cushion would defeat the non-slip purpose of this thing. I agreed to a partial refund and then gave it away. So three stars. Zero for ease of assembly and possibly a four or five for the actual product in use.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy, plus the seat design makes cleaning oneself from sitting much easier!

The chair is what I expected, however Instructions are in Chinese and the photographs are not really detailed enough to assist in putting it together.
