I think the “easy install” description is a little misleading. This isn’t a hand held shower head that attaches to where the previous shower head was installed. It has a whole separate pipe that needs to be installed to a piece inside the wall. I ended up getting a diverter piece from a different retailer so that I could install the head and hand held shower where my previous shower head was. I also don’t like that the hand held holder installs with sticky tape or screws, both of which damage your shower wall if you ever decide to remove it. A suction cup would’ve been much better. Lesson learned, I should’ve looked a little closer at what I was getting but it would help make decisions easier if installation instructions were included in the specifications so that we could decide whether this install works well with our current configuration.
