Disappointing Quality and Difficult Customer Service I purchased this door expecting a clean, uniform frosted glass finish and a quality door slab suitable for standard installation. Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed with both the product and Wayfair’s handling of the issue. The frosted glass has multiple visible defects, including uneven areas in the finish, dark marks, and a white stain that I have been unable to remove despite attempting to clean it. These imperfections are quite noticeable and detract significantly from the appearance of the door. Additionally, the construction quality is disappointing. The wood slab appears to be covered with a very thin MDF-like outer layer that did not hold up well during standard hardware installation. When using a hole saw to create the opening for the door handle, significant portions of this surface layer peeled and separated as the bit penetrated through the opposite side. Considering this is a slab door sold without hardware, it should be constructed to withstand the normal preparation required for installation. To make matters worse, Wayfair has made resolving these issues unnecessarily difficult. Rather than offering a straightforward replacement for a product with visible defects, the return and replacement process has been frustrating and time-consuming. I am not looking for a refund I simply want a replacement door that meets the quality and appearance advertised. Between the defective glass, questionable durability of the door’s outer surface, and the difficulty obtaining a resolution through Wayfair, this purchase has been extremely disappointing. I would caution other buyers to carefully inspect the glass and consider the door’s construction before beginning installation.

Arrived nice. Quality lightweight door with frosted glass. It’s only primed so I’ll need to paint it later. After drilling holes, I was able to reuse the same doorknob I had before. Really modernizes the kitchen and adds a nice esthetic. I will look for a decal that says pantry on it. Overall, happy with this purchase.

This is a well made door for a elegant look for an modern update to your home make your space look like a real expensive

Everything was on time at shipping, I need my home project done on this week, great product with fully protected on delivery, and have some issues on the product but easy chat with customer service to fixed it, thank you!

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It’s a nice quality replacement for my plain pantry door. Dimensions are exact. With a few tools, and some muscle help, I was able to install it easily. I will be repainting it soon, but no troubles with removing the protective plastic. I had been looking for a glass pantry door for a while and was hesitant to order online. I’m glad I took a chance on this one.
