I ordered two. They were delivered separately, and both arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging.

It was delivered a week late. It looks nice when opened the package. However, a few of the black plastic corner parts are broken. I am not sure if they are needed for installation or shipping. We do find few small bags in the lock hole, but it looks like the screws are missing. We were told that the missing parts will be delivered in 10 days. That is not good, actually. We have been waiting for this security door for a month. Anyway, my family like this door.
