Extremely disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this experience will be my last. I received only part of my order, which put my business in a very difficult situation with strict deadlines to meet. We had to manage the urgency on our own and quickly purchase alternative products—despite them not being suitable—just to fulfill our commitments. For over two months, I have been receiving the same automated email repeatedly asking for photos, as if my case is not being reviewed properly. I have already cooperated and provided the requested information. This gives the impression of a robotic system with no real follow-up. I was clearly told that I would be refunded and that I did not need to keep an unusable product. This promise was never honored. When I followed up, I was told that I had not returned the item—despite the fact that no return procedure was ever provided, no pickup was arranged, and no instructions were given. Due to this complete lack of support, we had no choice but to dispose of the product. After all this, I was offered only a 25 refund. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of accountability and respect toward customers. After years of loyalty, I am ending my relationship with Wayfair. I do not recommend this company.
