DORNBERG Pull Down Kitchen Faucet Side Spray DGTONERG00238BG

The faucet was ordered on July 24, the item was due to be received on July 31. On July 30, I realized the item had not been shipped yet and would not be received on the promised date of July 31, so I requested the item be cancelled. Instead of cancelling the item you shipped it out the next day on August 1. I received the unwanted item on August 3! I’ve requested a return and refund on August 3, only to be told I need to pay shipping for the item to be returned or I can keep the item and be given a credit for the shipping charge only! Of course I declined the offer on both and reached out to support in the chat. I explained the situation, requested a full refund and said I will not pay anything for the return. They are supposed to have someone reach out to me in the next 1-3 business days about the item being picked up for return, after they receive the item I’ll receive a refund back to my card within 3-5 business days! This could have been avoided if you CANCELLED ON July 30th!!!

Perfect! Love the flexibility of the neck and quality of the material. Great faucet! Highly recommend.

Nice!

Beautiful faucet. Mine broke within the first 2 weeks. It’s still functions perfectly however the pice that holds the hose came out of the base. An issue the manufacturer can fix by making it screw in instead of gluing it in. I purchased a metal glue to fix it as I’ve missed the return window. It’s decent for the price but could be better.

I love the style and finnish, as well as the 3 different spray modes. Hard to find wall/front mount faucets at this price.
