Couldn't obtain this bidet anywhere else. Arrived well protected and delivered by professional individuals who left it where instructed. Proper instructions included and available online.

Product was as described, price was very competitive, and it shipped and arrived on time. The product was not damaged, but the packing was fairly poor and the box very out of shape by the time it arrived. I think better packing would be in order.
