Disappointed with this replacement toilet seat. It arrived in a plain brown box that was already damaged and crooked—no branded packaging at all. There were no instructions, no assembly guide, no invoice, and no paperwork identifying the product or its parts. It was just a bag of hardware with no explanation of how to install it. The plastic is also much thinner and flimsier than my original toilet seat, making it feel inexpensive and low quality. The only reason I’m keeping it is because I needed this very specific oval shape, which is difficult to find.

It was the only D shaped one peice toilet seat replacement I could find my husband had a lot of difficulty getting it onto the toilet its not exact but better that the one that broke.

Just what I needed.
