This vanity appears to be well built. The unit comes with the top installed, so it does take two people to move it safely. The countertop design could have been utilized better to make the sinks bigger; I found them a little on the small side. I was unable to remove the middle drawers in order to work behind the cabinet more effectively as mine was a retrofit and the plumbing and water did not align perfectly. You may find it a better solution to relocate the drain and water, if possible, my home was retrofitted with tubing, and I stayed clear of propositioning the water valves. Overall this is a beautiful vanity and works well for us.
