This vanity was selected for its simple clean lines and open cabinet underneath due to the tricky plumbing pipes coming out of the wall. We didn’t want to chance selecting a drawer style vanity where you need to be more exact on where the drain pipe lands. We went with the brown base & black top for a more moody masculine look in the powder room. I gave it 4 stars since it’s constructed of MDF bs solid wood. But if it was solid wood, I assume the price would be much higher than it is. Hoping it will hold up well with time & usage
