Here’s a review based on your experience Disappointed with Delayed Shipment Poor Quality I regret purchasing this vanity. It arrived in two separate shipments, with the base arriving much later than expected, which delayed our renovation—very frustrating. While the vanity looks nice, the functionality is disappointing. The drawers were advertised as soft-close, but they are anything but. They are difficult to close and feel cheaply made. This was definitely a “get what you pay for” example. I initially tried ordering two other vanities, but for some reason, they wouldn’t deliver to California, so I settled for this one—big mistake. I wouldn’t recommend this product, especially given the inconvenience and lack of quality.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had an emergency come up and weren’t able to put the vanity together until 3 months after delivery- only to find that the drawers don’t line up, don’t close and the does get scratched up trying to open and close. We are beyond the return window so can’t get money back or return, just stuck with it. DO NOT BUY

Looks great. full 2 hours w 2 experienced ppl to “build”. 2 issues 1. directions miss instructing placement of a few pieces — we caught 2. Drawers don’t fully close, catch on top frame — adjustments of brackets don’t solve
