So, we've had a bit of trouble with this product. After ordering six rolls for our underlayment, I began the process of laying down the cork roll. The first roll was just as described: it is simple to measure, cut and place properly. The second roll was missing all of the necessary double sided tape. There was no way to connect one strip of underlayment to the other. The 3rd, 4th & 5th rolls all had the same problem. If you have ever personally worked on a home remodel, you know how frustrating it can be not to be able to move forward with a project. And getting down underlayment is a critical component. Wayfair customer service did their best to quickly address the issue: apparently there was a production error at the Eco Cork Foam factory. Rolls of the stuff went out incomplete. So I wrapped up these awkward 300 square foot rolls, printed out the labels; Fedex picked them up and later, delivered replacements. The newest batch has the double stick tape but it is placed so high that the clear plastic edge barely reaches a quarter of the tape. The edges need to be sealed to create a vapor barrier, and this poor positioning of the tape doesn't help. Hopefully the company is requiring more rigorous quality control because these types of issues are disappointing.
