The piece that arrived was nowhere close to the color on the web site. The website showed a brown oak look finish and what I got was a gray finish

Absolutely unacceptable, I will never purchase anything again. And I’m not so sure I’m going to receive my order because of all the issues to date.. look at the conversations for further explanation
