Thermostat intelligent ecobee Wi-Fi amélioré - noir

We've had these thermostats since our A/C was installed approximately 6 weeks ago. I love them! They are so easy to use and I love that it gives me the current outdoor temperature.

Very convenient product. I had to buy 2 of them. It has great features.

I’m very impressed with these thermostats and the app that I can control from anywhere.

The app's home screen frequently displays outdated room temperatures. Live readings should push in real time so the phone matches the wall unit without needing to force-close and re-open the app. Critical HVAC controls—like Compressor Min Cycle Off Time, Min On Time, and Temperature Differential—are buried too deep in sub-menus. Moving these into a clear "Advanced Equipment Setup" section would make system tuning far easier. System runtime reports routinely fail to load complete data on the first try. The daily graph often stays blank or incomplete until you manually toggle to the weekly view and back to force a refresh. Wherever it is getting its weather data from is way off. Always reads 10 degrees cooler than it actually is outside.

I am happy with the thermostate so far- no issues--
