I’ve had this product for 3 weeks so far and it was so easy to set up. It is compatible with my smart Apple Home app. The interface looks extremely pleasing to the eye. I would definitely recommend. Great product.

The app and the thermostat has lots of annoying bugs. And honestly, the user experience isn't very good and in no way intuitive. The also maddening thing is it enrolls you in some sort of eco program that turns off the A/C when you need it the most and the app crashes when you try to disable it.

Great product. I love the home, away, and sleep settings to help make my home comfortable for any occasion. Having additional sensors in multiple rooms makes it even more comfortable.

This is our 2nd ECOBEE T-stat. Both were replaced when new HVAC Systems were installed. The efficiency, accuracy, and sensors work with precision.
