Was all ok until it was not Product just stopped totally and is always in the OUT status where water doesn’t seep in the shorter tank at the top Inspite of unscrewing the top container that exposes the tank filter , and trying to reset it it doesn’t work anymore Would advise not to go for this filter as it seems faulty

This water filter is great! I love how we had the filter working in minutes and were drinking fresh water shortly. I love the different settings on it and how you have options on how much water you want or the temperature of the water you want. Definitely worth it!

Sweet machine! Set up is plugging it in and running water thru 4-6 times to prime the filter. The ONE filter does it all. The unit has 3 different size quantities for dispensing in addition to hot water. The screen has auto shut off within 30 seconds to save power. It reactivates by touching any button on the screen. The screen pad only needs a light press of your finger. The hot water dispense also has a few different heat levels. The tank to refill has a handle and does hold about enough water in comparison as maybe 2 full pots of 12 cups of coffee. Its big. The fact that the filter will last about 12 months is bliss. Now the taste, I cant even explain how crisp and clear my water now is! Honest review.
