**$600 Sink, Defective Product, and Absolutely Appalling Customer Service** I am beyond disappointed with Wayfair. I purchased this nearly $600 bowl sink and scheduled my contractor well in advance, knowing he was booked out into the following month. Today, he finally arrived to install it, and DURING installation, the sink began peeling and chipping. To make matters worse, the finish was discolored and wouldn't come clean. A nearly $600 sink should not deteriorate before it's even been used! This isn't normal wear and tear. It's an unacceptable product quality issue. I contacted Wayfair expecting some level of accountability or customer service. Instead, they offered absolutely no meaningful resolution. So now I'm left with an expensive, defective sink, wasted installation expenses, and the headache of starting this entire process over. As a real estate broker, I regularly help clients make decisions about their homes and where to purchase products. I will absolutely be sharing this experience and advising clients to think twice before ordering from Wayfair. After this experience, **Wayfair has permanently lost my business.** A company selling products at this price point should stand behind what it sells. The lack of product quality is bad enough, but the complete lack of customer support is what makes this experience truly unacceptable. **Buyer beware.**

absolutely LOVE this sink! I got the cream color one and it was exactly what I needed. uniform color throughout and just absolutely stunning!
