NOT RETURNABLE, NOT CANCELABLE The pieces are nice, but nowhere in the listing does it say that these items are special order, and not returnable or cancelable. I reached out to Wayfair customer service (who were great!) and they reached out to Ekena Millwork who refused to take them back. This company does beautiful work, but not telling you before you order that you won't be able to cancel or return them is sketchy behavior. This is not a trustworthy company if this is how they operate their listings.
