Two of these were the perfect framing at both ends of 11 foot hallway of a relatively simple wall remodel in center hall colonial. Painted 2-3 coats good latex paint and liquid nail and maybe 1-2 wood screws to adjust for wall variances. See the pics, came out as planned if not better.
