We have a 1905 residence. We recently had a failure of the existing 3rd floor roof overhang and corbels. In our town in Pa we have to go under a historic review for every repair we need to accomplish. This site has such an extensive selection it was easy to find a very close match to our existing corbels. Using the website specifications we submitted the Edwards Corbel to the town Historic Review Board. They immediately approved our submission. We ordered and were told the expected ship date. That date remained true to promised. We are very happy with our experience.
