Very disappointing

This is a disgrace! We received a bunch of loose sticks, no box, no instructions, no packing slip. Large loose pallets thrown in our driveway. We were not home or we would not have accepted this. We paid close to $1000.00 for a bunch of trash. We have no idea if the order is complete. This is unacceptable.

At least 3 pieces came damaged… no instructions included. Thankfully my husband is handy and was able to still use everything. It does look great on the wall

Extremely disappointing. Every piece was bowed and unusable. Had we attached to our wall it would have been one big U-shaped ship lapping. Each strip was curved as if it had been cut at an angle. Why would Elena Millwork ship to customers knowing these are a bad cut Took our payment and sent us useless parts.
