TERRIBLE manufacturer service. Unfortunately this company sent missing items TWICE. Even though Wayfair customer service stepped in to help this manufacturer made the same mistake twice by not sending the panels of the kit and only the mouldings. Even though Wayfair requested a replacement they failed to provide. Ultimately I had to request a full refund (which of course Wayfair provided with no hassle) and request to return the unused materials. Truly disappointing. In addition beyond just not getting the materials the quality of the pieces that did arrive were exponentially poor quality.
