New Brighton Corbel

Do not buy this product. It is very different than advertised on the website. It is rough-cut, completely unsanded, and with square edges. In its present state it would not look nice either painted or stained. It would need to be prepped and sanded. Also, Wayfair offered a paltry 25% discount if I kept them, to "avoid the hassle of having to return them", or I could return them and receive a replacement without any guarantee from Wayfair that they would be different than the ones they originally sold me. I am definitely taking this negative experience into consideration with my future purchases from Wayfair.

I ordered two and they weren’t cut to the same size. They didn’t match how is that possible?

Picture differed from actual product. Rough sewn in description but pictures shows smooth on outside edging. Needed 3 corbels, they only sent us 2. Charged for 3. They will only refund what we sent back(2) although we paid for 3

Excellent quality! Nicely milled solid cedar rough sewn corbels. Smells wonderful! 12x4x12. We attached flush French cleats to hang a sycamore board with a live edge for a nice display shelf in our dining room. We have western red cedar beams and balcony railing in our old renovated farm house. These matched perfectly!! Rustic elegance

We needed a couple corbels for the fireplace trim and our carpenter did not have the tools to cut one so we ordered one from Ekena Milwork! Very happy with the extra detail and dimension they add to our fireplace.
