Panneau surélevé EdgeCraft Legacy

Les panneaux sont rugueux malheureusement mais très beaux

I am extremely disappointed with Wayfair and strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing these wall panels to think twice. On the product page, Wayfair prominently advertises a 30 day return policy. What they fail to make clear is that these particular panels are apparently NON RETURNABLE, regardless of when you purchased them or whether they are still in their original packaging. I purchased these panels, realized they were too large for my project, and attempted to return them just 13 days after delivery. I had even purchased replacement panels in the correct size from Wayfair. To my surprise, Wayfair refused to accept the return. After a lengthy exchange with customer service, I was told that the manufacturer designates these panels as non returnable and that Wayfair cannot override that restriction. Here’s the problem: The product page advertises a 30 day return policy, yet Wayfair will not honor it for this product. When I specifically asked customer service to show me where this non returnable restriction was disclosed on the product page, they said that it was made clear at checkout (I did not see that and if I had known that information never would have purchased the panels). A reasonable customer would expect the return policy displayed on a product page to apply to the product being purchased. If an item is final sale, that should be clearly and prominently stated in the product description. I have spent considerable time trying to resolve this, with absolutely no satisfactory resolution. My advice: Do not purchase these panels from Wayfair unless you are 100% certain you will keep them. Better yet, consider purchasing from another retailer with a clear and transparent return policy. I will not be shopping at Wayfair again. Customers deserve transparency, and this experience has completely eroded my trust in the company.

These wall panels were exactly as I had hoped The quality is good and they look great on my walls truly.

Beautiful peace for a cover-up that I use on the wall for an access panel to to my air handler and drain pan in the condo. Perfect color fits exactly with the decor fast shipping and great price.

I haven’t had them installed yet but they look great and came with no damage at all. Can’t wait to have them installed!
