I am very dissatisfied with this company and its products. The product I bought stopped working as advertised after 10 months, and Electrolux promised to replace it in an email. However, every time I call them to follow up, they give me different excuses for why my replacement has not arrived yet. It has been two months and I am still waiting. Wayfair, where I bought the product from, also refuses to take any responsibility for the issue.

The design for my space without being an eye sore. The wheels make it easy to move out of the way or into a different room. The app is great too, more features to explore. We are very happy with this purifier.
