This has been one of my worst experience. I placed my order may 28th and I just received the item yesterday. The item was damaged by fedex and it was returned to Wayfair and there was no email sent until I opened the box and from that point it took around 5 to 10 calls to get my order deliver. I spoke to a supervisor Stephen who was supposed to follow with me and expedite my order he called two or three times and them he dropped the call. I had to call another 5 times to check the status of the order. Horrible customer service and no one took ownership of the mistake. Please look at the notes under the order to understand what service I was provided.
