Just installed; So far, so good. Feels like high quality, Installed easily, no missing parts, works fine, looks great. (Note that Elements of Design and Kingston Brass are the same company. EoD Heritage = KB Templeton but I chose EoD bc it seemed to have more fixable/replaceable parts, KB more fused parts. At least that's what I gathered from reviews. Then again, my new EoD has a big KB stamped on it, lol)

We ordered the oil rubbed bronze and the finish was peeling when it arrived. We were sent a new one and have not had any problems since, it did not come with instructions but everything was pretty straight forward and easy to assemble. The sprayer is also really nice and heavy.
