Upon receiving this product it looked beautiful. Heavy, sturdy and well made. My plumber went ahead and installed all the plumbing and piping for this faucet installation. Unfortunately, when he went to put the knob on the inside of it was stripped so there was no resistance when you turned the knob for water pressure. Long story short I called and ordered a replacement part that will be delivered in two weeks! Even though they have the part in stock, Way fair has no sense of urgency to send me a replacement for the defective piece. I am extremely disappointed in my shopping experience. I’ll definitely think twice about ordering from Wayfair again. Overstock ships replacement pieces out within a day when they are in stock. Shop there instead!
