This has been a complete nightmare. To start it was backordered, than canceled, than available again and sent. I called ahead of the purchase and asked if this shower head comes with a diverter, after being told it does not I bought a separate one, which was sent by the company and not the correct one for this shower head. It came with its own diverter. we had already installed the other one and tiles over. The only options was to go through the wall from the bedroom on the other to replace the diverter. Only to open the box and have the shower head and cover plate dented and damaged....So frustrating.
