Quality of materials is great and service from Wayfair oustanding. I ordered 2 and one handle treading wasn't machined. Wayfair sent a replacement promptly. Installation can be a bit tricky depending on where your back wall is located. You might need to cut the ceiling rod shorter depending on your ceiling height. Definitaly a two persons job! The tub spout is a bit high for my liking, it can splash out the bath a little
