Design flaw, the insert doesn’t secure to the screw. Handle has fallen off and broken a few times. Need to try to find another handle that works for the valve now. Total headache.

This set is not only beautiful,with loads of vintage charm, it is hefty...the shower head is solid, no cheap aluminum or plastic here.

Love it, good quality, no issues. Not sure how robust or easy the cartridge is to replace compared to MOEN, but no leaks after a year, and looks top tier.

I really like the look, however, the screw which came with the handle was too short and the handle fell off and broke. I purchased a longer screw and it works just fine now, however, the handle is still broken.
