This was a replacement for a dispenser that was not working. The delivery came sooner than promised and the dispenser is a working and welcome addition to our kitchen. Well done, Wayfair!

I purchased this to go with the faucet. This is a heavy and substantial piece and looks very nice over our white quartz counters.

The internal parts of this dispenser are beginning to fail. In particular, the pump is disconnecting from the spring mechanism and it isn't pumping anymore. I am hopeful the vendor can supply replacement parts or replace the unit entirely. I would have expected a $195 soap pump to last a lifetime - not a few months.
