It’s a beautiful faucet and it definitely upgraded our kitchen. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is this. The specs indicated that the handle controlling the flow and temperature of the water, stopped perfectly 90 degrees from horizontal. Meaning that full hot stops at 90 degrees, or parallel to the faucet pipe that it’s attached to. Well when we got it that was the first thing we checked and it stops about 15 degrees past the 90 degree mark. We have a raised sit in counter nook that prevents the controlling lever from moving much past that 90 degree mark. So we were forced to install the faucet at an angle instead of parallel to the sink. I have decided that this is something I can live with, but it’s still a disappointment, not to mention false advertising from a well trusted brand. In the end it’s a total upgrade and works as it should on all other factors.
A year later, the button that switches from a spray to a single stream no longer switches from the spray setting. I’ve pulled out the screen to remove any sediment thinking it might be the cause, but the button is still not working properly. I expected this to function properly for much longer than a year.
