The most beautiful polished nickel

Thank you

Emtek makes amazing hardware. You pay a bit more than big box stores but you get a far superior product. One thing about Emtek it is part of an enormous company with many brands and it is hard to reach customer support. I had a problem with the install and tried to figure out whom to call I’m still unsure. I tried emailing using their customer support app but the email bounced. Anyway, nice product

Disappointing. This took almost a month to arrive and wasn’t as pictured. I ordered it on Dec 20th and the estimated delivery date was Dec 25th-28th. It was delayed six times and finally shipped on Jan 17th. It became the last thing to arrive and delayed the completion of my remodel. The website showed it as in-stock consistently but I was told it was actually backordered. When I contacted Wayfair to figure out when to schedule my contractor (I kept scheduling based on the estimated delivery date and then it would get delayed), Wayfair wasn’t able to give me much information over the phone and I learned I was buying from a distributor (not from Emtek directly.) When they did arrive, the handles didn’t match the pictures. There are very visible screws that are not shown in the images in the listing. Emtek does sell handles without these screws visible, which are called “concealed fastening” or CF. At this point, I just need to get my remodel wrapped up so I’m going to settle for it.

Absolutely love the change this brought. The top was what was on my pantry door bottom is this products. I love it so much. Super easy to install only took a few minutes.
