Poor conceptions and poor support I purchase this product in 2018, but stop to work properly in 2021. Since It was no more on warranty, and that The product looks nice, and work properly for 3 years, and that I presume an ‘manufacturing’ error on my unit, I purchase a 2nd unit in 2022. But the second unit also fail recently (after 2 years). The same problem occurred. In fact it is a poor conception: a pin that rapidly used in the mechanism. See picture. I tried to get this part ( small pin in the mechanism ) from Emtek because the warranty of Wayfair is over for this electronic part), but Emtek do not sell part. Emtek refer to the warranty of Wayfair..and just make me turn around ..Here is their answer : ——-/ We do apologize, but we do not sell parts for our electronic locksets. The warranty is through the place of purchase which you advised is Wayfair. Our electronic products only have a 2 year electronical warranty and a lifetime limited warranty on mechanical issues. You would need to return to Wayfair to do the warranty process. They are a third party vendor and are not an authorized vendor of Emtek. So, you would have to go by their warranty process. ——- But warranty is over with wayfair..? So..? I absolutely not recommend this product.

c'est bien mais je l'ai racheté en remplacement du même produit: une pièce avait cassé avec le temps. Le reste fonctionnait encore très bien. J'aurais préféré trouver la pièce à changer pour ne pas avoir à racheter ce produit plutôt cher. Dommage qu'elle n'ait pas été proposée.

I got this in black and it was way cheaper than other sources and such nice quality! It made my old door look brand new! Also easy for kids to use a code instead of carry a key

Had to order a second one in a few years because it broke but only one that fits the hole in the door.

The product was exactly as described and the delivery was efficient.
