We absolutely love the height of this toilet!! We are both tall, with bad knees and it couldnt be better for us. Taller than the normal tall toilet the 21.5 is amazing!!! If your a shorty this is not for you! But average to tall. Youll love it!!!

I received the toilet and the packing and the toilet was damaged.

The toilet was well packaged and arrived without any damage. The installation was more difficult than anticipated due to the age of the house and previous toilet in the space. Fortunately the issue was resolved with longer floor mount screws. I installed my own bidet so the pictures do not include the original toilet seat.

I was shocked how tall this toilet is. Got for my elderly in-laws that live with us. It was too much for them to struggle sitting on a low toilet. The toilet came in two pieces. My BIL had the tools and The ss. Right 69 install it. Went in easy, and is a very nice toilet!

Have not opened yet as the installer has not come to put them in until early next week if not over the weekend. One is already rattling in the box, but the pictures tell the store to my dissatisfaction.
